Spring is finally here in the city, and I am so ready to shirk off my heavy coats in favor of lighter styles! The city really comes alive in Spring - people come out of their Winter hibernations, there's a buzz in the air, and finally everyone seems to be in a better mood. It's absolutely infectious!
In honor of the new sunnier weather, I took a trip uptown to one of my favorite hangout spots, Lincoln Center. It's so iconically New York, and the architecture of the space is phenomenal. Clean, minimal, and full of marble - just my style! Perfect for people watching with a cup of coffee.
I put together a casual look for the trip, and wanted to test out my brand new Coach bag that is my new go-to. I have to say, I'm not traditionally a messenger bag person, but this has totally converted me. The leather is buttery, it has a great two-tone navy and black color way, and I have never gotten more compliments on a bag. It was definitely time that I upgrade, so this came around just in time. I paired it with one of my favorite coats I can finally bring back into rotation, this dark navy lightweight crepe coat with tobacco stitching from Prada (scored from Woodbury Commons outlets), and simple cropped jeans for a casual but put together look. Topped off with my Gucci slides, this outfit is going to be my Spring staple for sure!
I don't know about you, but I'm obsessed with what Coach is doing right now, especially with Stuart Vevers 1941 collection. What do you think of the new Coach? Let me know what you think in the comments!
